For property owners
A charging opportunity starts with the right property.
VentureEV evaluates each property on its own terms—access, demand, feasibility, and fit—before any commitment. Tell us about your location to start a review.
What we review
What makes a promising site.
These considerations shape whether a property is a good fit—and which charging approach may make sense.
Parking access and control
How drivers enter, park, and use the space day to day.
Typical parking duration
Whether vehicles stay briefly or for longer periods.
Nearby destinations and amenities
What drivers do while charging, and how convenient the stop is.
Electrical infrastructure
Available capacity and the work required to support charging.
Space and accessibility
Room for equipment, bays, and accessible routing.
Operating hours
When the property is open and how that aligns with driver needs.
Installation and utility requirements
Permitting, utility coordination, and site work considerations.
Commercial structure
Ownership, leasing, and host arrangements.
Different structures may be considered depending on the property and project. VentureEV does not promise that every host receives a revenue share or a zero-cost installation—terms are established per project.
Ownership
VentureEV may own and operate the equipment, taking on development and operations.
Leasing
A lease arrangement for the site or equipment may be structured around the property.
Host arrangements
Host terms depend on each property and project, established through review and agreement.

FAQ
Common questions about hosting.
Offices and workplaces, parking facilities, hotels and hospitality, retail and mixed-use, multifamily communities, and municipal or community sites. Land and development sites can also be evaluated. Each property is reviewed on its own terms.
It depends on how the property is used. Level 2 suits places where vehicles stay longer—workplaces, hotels, multifamily, garages. DC fast charging suits shorter stops with convenient access, nearby amenities, sufficient driver demand, and the electrical capacity to support it. We evaluate the fit before recommending an approach.
Ownership, leasing, and host arrangements are all structures that may be considered. Terms depend on the property and project, and are established through review and agreement—not assumed in advance.
Cost responsibilities vary by project and commercial structure. We work through these details as part of shaping the project, and they're established in the agreed terms before deployment.
Yes. Existing surface lots and garages can be evaluated for charging. We review access, layout, electrical infrastructure, and how the space is used to determine what's feasible.
Timing depends on feasibility, utility coordination, permitting, and agreed terms. Some projects move faster than others. We'll discuss a realistic timeline once we've reviewed your property.
Incentives may be available, but availability and eligibility vary and require project-specific review. We don't advertise specific programs as open or guarantee awards. Where relevant, we can look into applicable options as part of the project.
